With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the local market and a commitment to providing exceptional service to every client I work with.  Real estate has always been a part of my life, since both my mother, Deb Larson, who is currently my broker and my late grandfather,  P.J. Graves, both sold real estate in this community for many years.

I love working side by side with my mom everyday.  Real estate is in my blood and I love my job!

Born and raised in South Sioux City, I wanted to raise my 2 children in the same tight knit community that I grew up in.  Between selling real estate and being a full time Mom, there

isn’t much time left in the day. I am a proud mother of 2 amazing children.   My son,  Jaovani is 23 and is finishing up college courses in Police Science and plans to be a Police Officer in the near future.  My daughter Jaelie is 15 years old and currently a sophomore in high school.   My journey in real estate began 16 years ago, when I discovered my love for connecting people with their dream homes. Over the years, I have honed my skills in negotiations, market analysis, and marketing strategies to ensure that my clients receive the best possible outcomes in every transaction. I learn something new almost everyday!
